Felicity Wingrove
Fliss is one of the UK’s leading experts in the applied psychology of language. A psycholinguist undergraduate, she went on to study persuasion and influence, neuroscience, NLP, and voice dialogue, as well as qualify as a certified empowerment coach and trainer. A true master of language, for the last 25 years Fliss has supported some of the world’s leading businesses, brands, and leaders to communicate with impact and integrity. She’s a grammar geek who’s happiest planning celebrations (for every occasion!), playing with her two little ones, or drinking great margaritas.
Rhiannon Williams
Rhi is a social science graduate with a masters in journalism, and expertise across the field of social psychology. She brings insight into what drives us, as well as how to use our language to deliberately build and maintain rapport. Particularly focused on the written word, Rhi has spent 20 years in PR and communications, supporting some of the UK’s leading brands and businesses to tell their own stories in the most compelling way possible. A mad footie fan, she’s often found on the side-lines of a Sunday league pitch watching her two boys play, or else curled up with a great book and a gorgeous glass of red.
Alan Adams
Al is an international disaster engineering and management graduate and Master NLP Practitioner, with specialism across the psychology of sales, persuasion and influence, and ethical influence strategies. An award-winning business coach and bestselling author, Al has published three books to date and is also an accomplished and in-demand keynote speaker. He supports clients to deliver their own message from stage with the ultimate impact, and is passionate about the power of embedding communications at the heart of a business’s culture. A former submariner, Al enjoys stand-up comedy, a good game of rugby (union of course), and his tipple of choice is a cold beer or a good G&T.
Zoe Evans
Zoe is a First Class English graduate with a particular interest in language and psychology. A technically-trained writer, she's an accomplished communicator with a wealth of experience in copywriting, media relations, and digital and social media engagement. A fitness fan and lover of the outdoors, Zoe's often found doing a workout in the gym or enjoying the Shropshire countryside with her beautiful labrador Bert.
