Ethics

Our work is all about helping our clients to become compelling communicators, and the training we provide is truly powerful. Which is why we’re as focused on who we don’t work with as who we do. We believe passionately in communication being a win:win, and being ethically delivered. So, if you’re after a quick fix then this isn’t for you. Not because it takes a long time, but because – like any serious professional development – you need to approach it with an open mind (and heart).

If you’re looking to communicate with someone as a means to get a win or make something happen (that may or may not suit them) then we’re not your people. And if we wouldn’t go for a beer with you then you’re also not for us. Some of the work we do is really deep and transformational, and unless we have rapport and some connection, it’ll be just too hard for you to trust us. We know from past experience that clients just looking for a certificate of attendance aren’t our people.

Everything we do is focused on a mutual win. Learn more here

Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do
